Us & the environment

Over the twenty years ive spent in the restaurant and hospitality  industry, the amount of food waste and packaging we'd throw out per day was mind boggling.

So from the beginning it was very important to lay the foundations to be as environmentally friendly as possible and be  able to scale as we grow.


Now im not going to sugar coat it, we are far from perfect and being a small business a lot of things are out of our control, we've been greenwashed and mislead, partly our fault for not asking the right questions but still disheartening but more about that in a blog post later.


So these are the main things we've implemented to try and reduce our impact on the environment
