About the Recipe
Sour cream and chive is one of my favourite combos, its my go to in chip flavouring (The OG Pringles😍) which I think with this dip we've enhanced with the addition of our sweet chilli jam, think potato wedges with sour cream and sweet chilli sauce, yum yum yum!
Easy to make and super satisfying to devour, it'll have you dip dip dipping to your hearts content. Make it the night before to really let the flavours infuse and whip it out at your next gathering.
Super versatile this is not just for crisps and crudités, as mentioned above roast up some potatoes or wedges and serve along side or dolloped on a jacket potato for a quick and easy mid week meal!
Ingredients
100g Sour cream
100g Cream cheese at room temp
50g Mayonaise
1 Small garlic clove minced
1/2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp lemon juice
1 bunch chives finely chopped
2 tbsps Sweet chilli jam
Preparation
Mix sour cream, mayonaise and cream cheese till soft
fold through minced garlic, chives, onion powder and lemon juice till fully combined
Adjust seasoning
Put into serving dish, make a little well in the centre and put sweet chilli jam on top.
