Zingy, full bodied and delightfully sweet, hiding quite the kick thats delivered towards the end, made with bucket loads of cayenne chillis so its packing a punch but nothing too crazy!  Our Sweet chilli jam sits somewhere between a sweet chilli sauce and a set sweet chilli jam, which makes it perfect for drizzling over Smashed avocado on toast with feta and poached eggs,in fish tacos, cheese toasties or simply dolloped on top of sour cream to dip potato wedges in.
