Big juicy strawberries, picked at their best from the Wanneroo area, make this jam burst with the flavours of summer with cinnamon in the background adding some intrigue. Softer set than most jams as we don't use as much sugar which means it's perfect for spreading on toast, dolloping on yoghurt, with scones and clotted cream or sandwiched in a Victoria sponge.
