Sweet but delightfully balanced, our strawberry jam with cinnamon is excellent on toast with lashings of butter. We choose our Strawberries at the peak of their season so theyre bursting with flavour and have paired them with cinnamon for a delicious background flavour.
Our Jam is a soft set jam so its not as solid as the ones you'd find in the shops, thats because we use much less sugar than is needed for it to set, the amount needed makes the mind boggle!
Add this to your favourite cake, over icecream or on top of yoghurt for a lovely little burst of summer.
