Smoked cayenne chillies give this hot sauce a lovely depth with added zing from fermented birds eye chillies and garlic. A smooth hot sauce with a thicker consistency than that of tabasco plus a rounded heat that lingers but doesn't outstay its welcome. 

Perfect on pizza, tacos, scrambled eggs, chicken wings or add it to sauces to add a bit of complexity.
