Delightfully tart and velvety smooth with a hint of vanilla rounds out this Lemon curd. The Perfect jar of indulgence for a little treat, morning, noon or night!

Made with free range eggs, freshly squeezed lemon juice, Australian butter and vanilla beans from far north Queensland.

But what to use lemon curd for? Lemon curd has many uses its delicious lathered on crumpets, as a quick lemon curd french toast for breakfast, as a  lemon filling for a quick and easy lemon meringue pie or one of my favourite ways straight from the jar!
