Our eggplant chutney is a firm favourite among customers. With Big bold curry flavours complemented with a lovely sweetness from sultanas and brown sugar. Some have described it as a Kasundi or brinjal-esque, we just think it's bloody deeee-licious!

Perfect with natural yoghurt and poppadoms, on the side of steamed rice, sunny side up eggs and broccolli or with fried fish tacos!

  • Eggplant (40%), apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, onion, sultana (2%), coriander, fresh ginger, tomato paste, cold pressed canola oil, garlic, mustard seeds, spices, lake salt, curry leaves (0.2%)
