Made to a traditional marmalade recipe with Blood oranges and lemons from just outside of perth, with such a short season you can gaurantee this australian marmalade is brimming with produce picked at its peak.
Our Blood orange and ginger marmalade is the perfect breakfast companion on toast with lashings of butter or on/in a cake (try our recipe here) or makes the best marmalade glaze for ham.
