Earthy, tangy and with a little kick from the addition of chilli flakes. a lovely depth of flavour comes from star anise and allspice with the beetroot being grated keeping it textural and a lovely deep purple in colour!

We love this on smoked salmon and cream cheese bagels, burgers, sandwhiches, with beef or mixed into a dip with horseradish and cottage cheese.
